Elliott Robinson
Elliott Robinson, the Ovenu franchisee for Solihull is celebrating 10 years with the company having amassed more than 6,500 oven valets for customers.
To mark the anniversary, Robinson is donating a free oven valet to Lindsay Gardener, one of his long-time customers who he has served over the decade and is planning another charity campaign after raising money for Autism West Midlands during its ‘Light It Up Blue’ month.
Robinson said: “It doesn’t feel like it has been 10 years since I started out, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working as my own boss and meeting a lot of great people and making new friends in the process. I am now in a position where I would like to take the business even further forward and service more customers, so will be looking to recruit a sub-contractor in the coming year.”
Rik Hellewell, founder and managing director of Ovenu, said: “Elliott has proven to be a model franchisee over the last decade, who has been dedicated to growing his own small business, while also contributing to the community through a number of charitable initiatives along the way. I would like to wish him all the very best with his expansion plans and for the future.”
The Ovenu valeting process involves dismantling key components of an oven and placing them into design-registered equipment, which uses non-caustic products.
