Dream Doors, the kitchen makeover franchise, has reported that it has received its best ever Checkatrade ranking, achieving an average customer rating of 9.7 out of 10.
Checkatrade is an online service that connects consumers with reputable tradesmen, services and businesses, and current Dream Doors franchisees have amassed 12,073 customer feedbacks on Checkatrade about their work.
All customers feedback is read by Checkatrade before being published and more than half of customer feedback forms are independently spot checked and verified to make sure the jobs and rating are genuine.
Troy Tappenden, managing director of Dream Doors said: “Delivering a first-class service to our customers is the cornerstone of our business, so it is hugely rewarding to see such impressive figures.
“We provide extensive training to all our franchisees, stressing the need for good customer service and showing franchisees how to deliver that. Our average score is fantastic, but we would like to go even further this year and get that average customer rating even closer to the perfect 10.”
Of all the customer feedback about Dream Doors, only one in every 187 jobs showed ‘reasons for concern’, which is impressive as the national average rating is one in four.
Kevin Byrne, founder of Checkatrade commented: “Dream Doors’ 2015 figures are nothing short of remarkable. Its ‘reasons for concern’ rating is far better than the national average and it is highly unusual for any company to achieve such a rating.”
Dream Doors recorded is highest company turnover last year of £33m and its average turnover per franchise has increased to £500,000.
