Dr Hannah MacKechnie, founder of Radfield Home Care said: “EWIB is a great platform for women to come together, learn and share valuable knowledge with each other and it equipped me with the tools, inspiration, and connections to drive positive change and further elevate the role of women in franchising.
“Having a female only event it allows the agenda to be more directly focused on topics that are highly relevant to the audience, creating more opportunities for authentic and open conversations. It inspired me to implement initiatives that empower and support women in my own franchise network.
“I will be attending again in 2023 and am looking forward to building more connections with like-minded women who are all focused on creating a more inclusive, welcoming sector that encourages other women to want to be a part of it.”
Emily Price, COO of the BFA Academy said: “After attending EWIB2022, I was filled with inspiration, newfound empowerment, and a readiness to take on any challenges ahead. EWIB22 had a profound impact on my mindset, equipping me with the tools to approach future obstacles with determination and excitement. Not to mention, the event deepened my connections, strengthening my valuable support network. It was a truly transformative experience.”
