Who are we looking for?
You do not need to be qualified in the care or health Industry but you should be enthusiastic; want to run your own successful management franchise with the potential to develop a turnover of over £1,000,000 with excellent profits as our most successful branches are doing; be prepared to work hard with the drive and will to succeed; want to make a difference within your community and be prepared to follow the system that Match Options has developed.

Match Options Opportunities
By joining Match Options you will provide agency staff for Care Homes, the NHS and other and we would expect you to develop and concentrate on these clients when you start trading. As you become established there is the opportunity to improve your revenue streams and profits by expanding into the Domiciliary Care market assisting people to remain in their own homes and also by delivering training courses for your staff and other carers or nurses in your area. Full support will be provided to help you develop these areas when the time is right for you to do so.

Match Options Support
Match Options realises the importance of support not only when you are start trading but also during the life of your business and this is provided through our Franchise Manager and support team. They will help you to find your offices, recruit your staff, prepare your business plan and once you start trading with your initial marketing and regular visits during your first month. Once you have established your business they will arrange regular planned visits to discuss the way your business is developing and to make sure that you are working towards your goals. From Head Office we will also invoice your clients and prepare your payroll which takes administration duties off you giving you more time to develop and grow your business.

Training
The initial training course covers all you need to know with regards to how you should run your business including marketing, administration and the bespoke Database system. We then continue the training in your offices with your administration assistant so that they and you fully understand the system and how it will work for and with you. The training continues through regular visits to your offices, workshops that we will hold regularly during the year and the Annual Conference where awards are presented and you get the opportunity to meet your fellow franchisees.

The Cost and the Initial Package
The cost of the franchise is £30,000 + VAT and you will require working capital but for that you receive all that you need to start your business.
