Louise Bruce, owner of the specialist franchise PR agency Big Red Box PR, has been appointed PR manager at the British Franchise Associaion (BFA), to raise awareness of the association and promote the growth of franchising in the UK.

Bruce has over 15 years of experience in franchising and has been a keen supporter of the BFA for many years. Formerly the co-chair of EWIF (Encouraging Women Into Franchising), she writes regularly for the franchise media and is a qualified Chartered Digital Marketing Professional.
Commenting on her new position Bruce, said: “It is such an honour to be asked to fill the role of PR manager for the BFA. I always advise new clients to join the BFA because membership is the kite mark of ethical, professional, sustainable franchising in the UK.
“I am excited to be able to help promote the association and franchising to a wider audience and look forward to collaborating closely with members and media outlets in the near future.”

In her new capacity, Bruce will continue to fulfil her responsibilities at Big Red Box PR enabling her to maintain her commitment to new and existing clients.
