HiQ Tyres & Autocare has launched a flagship centre in Bicester, Oxfordshire, with franchisees Phil Godfrey and Sam Buckley.
The new location is part of the continued expansion of HiQ’s UK network of service centres, which is positioned to meet the growing demand from motorists for car servicing, tyres and MOT testing.
HiQ says the new centre in the heart of Bicester has already received overwhelmingly positive feedback from local motorists, and business partners, Godfrey and Buckley, are planning to open more centres in the future.
The nationwide HiQ network of over 160 centres is backed by the global tyre brand Goodyear, operating as its retail arm in the UK. Founded in 1992, HiQ services vehicles for both private and fleet customers and says it is dedicated to providing excellent customer service with honest pricing.
‘Having HiQ above the door’
Godfrey previously ran several HiQ’s before taking a sabbatical and returning to the industry in 2023. Commenting on the new venture he said: “We really value having HiQ above the door. It strengthens the perception of what we do, and gives customers peace of mind when they choose us. The experience, honest service, and convenience of HiQ’s seamless online booking platform keeps drivers coming back time after time.
“As a franchisee, we see the most potential for growth through our online presence. That’s what currently gives HiQ the edge as it makes the process seamless from start to finish.”
Craig Sprigmore, Goodyear retail director UK & Ireland, added: “It’s always a pleasure to work with Phil and his team, and I’m delighted to see how immaculate the new centre looks. It sets a new standard for us, and has already welcomed many happy customers. As we continue to focus on growth, it’s never been a better time to be part of the HiQ network.”
