Revolutionary Thai delivery restaurant Camile, has opened two new branches in Dublin as part of its growing network.
The new branches expand Camile’s high quality and healthy Thai offering to more areas on the Northside of the city, bringing the company’s total network to six branches, with more in the pipeline.
Camile Thai is Brody Sweeney’s, founder of O’Briens Sandwich Bars, latest venture and is catering primarily for the highly valuable young urban professional market.
The new branches mean that Camile now has good representation all over the city of Dublin and along with the company’s digital marketing strategy aimed specifically at this target market, will help grow brand recognition.
Both of the new branches style reflect the brand image of the company with much of the high quality raw ingredients on display for customers, a focus on healthy eating, as well as a display of the sustainability goals the company is pursuing.
Using only the best ingredients, locally sourced where possible, customers have a clear view of the quick and impressive cooking process. High quality point of sale materials are backed-up by technology in the kitchen such as LED lighting, KPI screens and high tech water regulators on the wok cookers.
Camile have recruited their first franchisees, who will open branches in Ireland later this year. “There is good interest from the UK as well”, says Daniel Greene, marketing manager of Camile.
