Following the success of the inaugural event last year, the British Franchise Association (BFA) is holding its Leadership in Action event in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, on 27th March 2025. The event is open to both members and non-members of the association.

The event will see Team Academy returning for a second time to deliver the training package for the BFA. The academy is one of the UK’s foremost training providers having trained over 180,000 people says the association.
Attendees will be divided into small groups where they will be taught techniques and insights to enhance their leadership skills, with a specific focus on mindset development, coaching and change management.
Pip Wilkins, chief executive of the BFA, said: “After the very positive feedback we received from delegates following last year’s event, we are absolutely delighted to be working with Team Academy again.
“As well as welcoming back attendees from last year, with a completely new and updated programme, we’d also like to invite the leaders of tomorrow, to encourage them to connect with today’s leaders and forge lasting relationships that will shape future generations of the franchising sector.”
