The UK’s ‘Best’ franchisors revealed based on feedback from thousands of franchisees

WorkBuzz has announced the winners of the 2021 Best Franchise Awards, sponsored by Lloyds Bank. The presentation took place at the BFA Annual Conference & Awards in Birmingham on 30th November at The Vox.

The Best Franchise Awards are unique because they are based on feedback from thousands of actual franchisees. Each franchisee completes WorkBuzz’s confidential online Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey, rating their franchisor on everything from training and support to shared goals and how the experience of being a franchisee compares with their expectations.

The 2021 winners are:

  • Best Franchise – Business-to-Consumer – We Love Pets
  • Best Franchise – Children’s Services – babyballet
  • Best Franchise – Management – Right at Home

About the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB)
The FSB is overseen by WorkBuzz. The benchmark works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey which asks them 32 questions about their franchise ownership experience. Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is assigned an overall FSB score. The highest performing franchisors are then recognised in the Best Franchise Awards.
