High-level training
The Travel Academy was launched to give individuals from outside the travel industry the opportunity to join Travel Counsellors’ award-winning team. As an associate of Travel Counsellors, franchisees are given the highest level of training and business development support, including a two-week residential course and home-based, on-line tutorials, all carried out by vastly experienced travel professionals, based at the head office at Bolton.
All the company's franchisees are provided with the most comprehensive support possible. They have access to award-winning technology and trained to use Travel Counsellors' unique, dynamic holiday package system, called Phenix, which allows them to quickly and efficiently tailor-make packages for their clients.
Franchisees also have their own personalised website, online training and access to Travel Counsellors online community via its extensive intranet system and, as newly-appointed associates, receive a laptop and a full suite of marketing tools.
