Take charge of your future with The Alternative Board
The Alternative Board (TAB) has been established for 20 years with franchises in the UK, US, Canada. TAB franchise owners have the unique opportunity to apply their business experience and expertise to help their local business community.
As a TAB franchisee, you will chair group meetings of business owners of privately owned SME companies. These peer advisory boards consist of up to 10 members from non-competing businesses. Meeting monthly, members operate in a confidential, "think tank" atmosphere where they can present challenges and opportunities for seasoned, practical advice from other members and their facilitator.
In addition to facilitating TAB Board meetings, you will also provide individual coaching sessions using TAB's proprietary tools and processes. As a Coach, you will help owners define their personal and business visions, supporting business owners in strategically leading their businesses to greater success, however they define it.
