The Merry Maids unique professional home cleaning system combines efficient two-person cleaning teams with effective management and proven marketing procedures. What do you get for your money?
You will need an initial investment of £16,248 (you will need to provide a minimum of 30% of this, the rest may be financed) which includes:
Licensee Fee = £10,000 + VAT
Start Pack = £6,248 + VAT
Total Franchise Cost = £16,248 + VAT
This fee covers:
- Protected territory and rights to Merry Maids name and identity

The Equipment Package includes all the software and equipment necessary for four, two-person teams to operate fully, as well as stationery, business cards and promotional materials - everything you need to get going.
Financial Support
As a BFA registered franchise, all the major banks will fund the franchise subject to your credit history and assets. They currently offer up to 70% financing of the initial fee and equipment package, subject to credit approval. A business plan and spreadsheet will be created on your behalf and presented to at least 2 major banks of your choice to raise the necessary finance and working capital, should you require it.
