Agency Express is the UK’s only nationwide ‘For Sale’ board company with over 90 franchisee operators servicing estate agents throughout the UK.
Established in 1998, the company now works for over 25% of all UK estate agencies and one in every four ‘For Sale’ boards displayed on the streets have been erected and serviced by an Agency Express franchisee. Top territories are turning over in excess of £150,000 per annum.
The business is van-based, with no expensive premises or staff to employ and all invoicing and payment collection is carried out on our franchisees behalf by our centralised accounts department.
The franchise package is one of the most comprehensive in the UK and includes eight days training and business launch support, the deposit on a fully signwritten and racked van, Sat Nav, laptop computer/printer, fax machine, specialist tools and equipment, 12 months PL insurance, corporate clothing and stationery.
